• TICKETS
- A passenger will not be allowed to board if payment for their ticket has not reflected in our account.
- Tickets are non-transferable unless arranged 24 hours in advance by the original ticket holder.
- Meneer Shuttle is not responsible for any errors on the ticket and it is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure the correct details are used for the booking.
- Ticket amendments may be made 24 hours before date of departure
- Passengers are not allowed to break their journey unless separate tickets are issued at the appropriate fares, for each individual journey.
• PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
- Customer Privacy policy: Meneer Shuttle shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from: http://www.polity.org.za/attachment.php?aa_id=3569 .
- Payment options accepted Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard.
- Card acquiring and security Card transactions will be acquired for Meneer Shuttle via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
- Customer details separate from card details Customer details will be stored by Meneer Shuttle separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za. 9. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
- Responsibility: Meneer Shuttle takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
- A 25% cancellation fee will be charged regardless of the date and the reason for the cancellation If a cancellation is not made 24 hours prior to departure date you will forfeit your money.

- No cancellations will be permitted after a ticket has been rescheduled.
• DEPARTURE TIME
- The advertised timings for each scheduled shuttle service are a guideline affected by traffic, weather, comfort stops and road conditions. Meneer Shuttle will therefore not accept liability for any costs incurred by passengers under such circumstances.
- Shuttle passengers are required to be at the relevant designated departure location 20 minutes before the time of departure shown on the confirmation.
- Meneer Shuttle will only check the waiting area for shuttle passengers and will not call passengers or agents to track down missing clients.
- Any passengers not present when the shuttle departs will forfeit their money.
• PASSENGERS LUGGAGE
- Our insurance cover is intended for passengers only and not for their property. Meneer shuttle takes no responsibility for loss or damage for carried luggage and is taken at the passenger’s own risk.
- You are allowed to take 1 suitcase not exceeding 80cm x 60cm x 30cm in size and 1 small bag not exceeding 30kg in total. We shall have no obligation to carry luggage in excess of the permitted amount.
- Additional luggage can be taken for a fee but must be arranged prior to departure.
- Meneer Shuttle will not be held liable for any incidents whatsoever, to your personal items, luggage & packages.
- Items found in busses after trips will be kept at our offices in Malelane and will be donated to Charity if not claimed within 30 Days.
- Packages can be sent from any of our pick up points to another pick up point by prior arrangement.
UNACCOMPANIED CHILDREN
- No unaccompanied children under the age of 12 will be carried.
- All children 3 years and younger must be in a car seat
• PETS
- No animals will be carried, with the exception of a trained guide or service dog accompanying a handicapped passenger.
• GENERAL
- Smoking is prohibited on and around all shuttles.
- Meneer Shuttle provides passenger liability insurance however insurance of passenger’s property or luggage is the passengers responsibility.
- Meneer Shuttle reserves the right to refuse to undertake the conveyance of or the continued conveyance of any passenger(s).
- Meneer Shuttle reserves the right to revise seat allocations without notice and to operate substitute vehicles of a different standard from those advertise
